Organization Admin Console

One console rolls up every location. Every location stays its own tenant. An acquired site keeps its own.

Built for groups that run many locations under one brand — a multi-site testing lab network, a multi-plant manufacturer, or a multi-office certification/inspection body — and grow the way those groups actually grow: by adding or acquiring sites. Each location is provisioned as its own tenant, scoped by tenant ID with its own accreditation number, not a row in a table another tenant can query. A location that needs its data held separately gets a dedicated database through bring-your-own database or EU hosting. An Organization record links the sites together for the org admin's roll-up view; nothing else about the isolation model changes because a site joined the group. When a location arrives with its own Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL system already running the business, AILS connects to it directly instead of forcing a data migration before day one.

Built for Organization Admin Console

Every capability is purpose-built for your compliance environment — not adapted from a generic platform.

📊

Cross-Location Record Counts & Health Scores

Pulls COC, COA, open-CAPA, equipment, and user counts scoped to each location and rolls them into one screen, each site scored 0–100 by a deterministic formula — no AI judgment call sits between an org admin and a site's raw numbers.

📈

Six-Month Analytics Trend, Combined and Per-Site

Builds a monthly COC/COA volume series for every location using the same calculation each location's own dashboard already runs, then sums them into one org-wide trend line — the location view and the org roll-up can never disagree because they share the calculation.

📜

Org-Wide Audit Trail

Returns the most recent audit-log entries across every location in one feed, plus a per-location detail view — no separate login to each site to see what changed.

🩺

System Health & Test Orchestration

Surfaces the latest system-test run and health score per location; triggers a Smoke, Regression, or Compliance Audit run against any subset of an org's locations and tracks it — from one screen, not one login per site.

📋

Standards Coverage Map

Lists every enabled compliance module at each location and counts how many sites carry each one — the fastest way to answer "which of our labs are actually SQF-certified today" across a whole group.

🔌

Integration Status Rollup

Resolves the same connector catalog each location's own Connections Hub uses, per site, then rolls it into totals so "who has SAP live?" or "which sites still need their shipping integration" is one query, not a site-by-site check.

⬇️

Roll-Down: Modules & Users, Pushed to a Site

Pushes an enabled-module set directly onto a location; creates and removes location-scoped user accounts. An org admin licenses and staffs a newly-added site without ever logging into it — every change is audit-logged against the acting admin, not the location.

🔒

Hard Tenant Isolation — an Architectural Guarantee

Every route in this console runs through a dedicated org-admin middleware that loads the caller's Organization and restricts the request to that org's own locations. Location-scoped routes verify membership before any data is returned and reject with a 403 the instant a location isn't in the caller's org. A location admin has no route into another location's data at all — not a permission that could be misconfigured, a query filter that could be missed.

🗄️

Bring Your Own Database — Each Site in Its Own Store

A site can run on its own dedicated database rather than a shared store, with the connection string encrypted at rest and tested before it is used. Support for sites whose existing systems run on SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle is in development.

AI Agents

Purpose-built agents for Organization Admin Console

Each agent operates on your live lab data, scoped to one specific job. Not a generic assistant.

AI

AI Support Agent

Triages and drafts responses to support tickets raised at any location. Rolls open/total ticket counts and recent tickets up across every site in the org, so a pattern showing up at one location is visible from the console before it repeats at another.

AI

Supplier Scorecard Agent

Narrates each location's vendor-risk scoring. Consolidates a shared supplier's scores across every division or location under the org by name, and flags a supplier as divergent the moment its scores at two sites diverge significantly.

AI

AI Governance Posture Narrator

Summarizes model-output governance posture — autonomous-healing status, regulatory tier, recent reviews. Surfaces that posture for every location in the org from one screen instead of one Settings page per site.

Requires a linked Organization, set when a location is linked at platform-admin onboarding. Admin role required; demo viewers are read-only.
