What does $299 include?
The first 5 users and every base module — Chain of Custody, Certificate of Analysis, QMS, suppliers, equipment, inventory, and invoicing — plus the AI Lab Assistant and a 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail. No implementation fee.
How do extra users work?
$99 per extra user per month, up to 20 users in total. For example, 12 users is $992/month: $299 base plus $99 x 7 extra users.
What if I have more than 20 users, several sites, or run a TIC group or a manufacturing operation?
Tell us what you run and we'll scope it.
What's a referral code?
A partner on a scoped plan can get their own referral code and invite their customers onto the platform. The referrer never sees your data; every query is scoped to your tenant.
Is my data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every query is scoped to your tenant ID, checked by an isolation test suite on every release. Bring-your-own database and EU hosting give a tenant a dedicated database.
Is the client portal really free?
Free for every plan, always. Your clients can view results, certificates, and order status, and submit requests — no configuration, no modules, no cost, ever.
