The climb is hard enough. Compliance is on us.
Building a regulated product is a multi-year climb. Most founders spend the first year or two just getting manufacturable — long before a dollar comes in. We get it, because we've done it. So you shouldn't be paying for compliance infrastructure while you're still finding your feet.
Working with a nonprofit, incubator, accelerator, or innovation hub? You should be — there are hundreds of fantastic ones, and they'll help you in ways software never can. Come to us through them and we donate the full AILS platform to you. Free.

How does the module selection work?
After signing up, you choose your capability modules from the full menu of 27 during onboarding. You can swap or change your selection at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I explore the platform before committing?
Yes — and it's better than a free trial. We run six live sandbox environments, each pre-loaded with real compliance data for a different regulated vertical. An AI guide walks you through every feature. Just your email — no credit card, nothing to configure. Click Explore Live Demo in the nav.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a "user"?
Any named login to your tenant — admins, managers, and technicians. Read-only users are included at no extra charge.
How does billing work?
Single Operation ($18,000/yr) and Multi-Site ($60,000/yr) are billed annually — the listed monthly equivalents reflect the annual total divided by 12. Institutional is annual license only. Enterprise is annual and custom scoped. The Manufacturer/Founder solo path ($149/mo) is the only month-to-month option — and it flips to free the day you join a hub partner.
Is my data isolated from other labs?
Yes. AI Lab Services is a true multi-tenant platform. Each lab's data is completely isolated at the database level — not row-level filtering, a physically separate database.
What does Enterprise implementation include?
Enterprise pricing includes a transparent, fixed-fee implementation scoped before any work begins. This typically covers data migration, custom integrations, multi-site configuration, reseller branding setup, and SLA onboarding. No surprises — we send you a detailed scope document first.
What is the Institutional plan and who is it for?
The Institutional plan is designed for universities, colleges, and research institutes that run both academic/R&D work and commercial lab services under one roof. Each department gets its own Lab Mode: academic mode (simplified terminology, no external billing, ELN + training focus) or commercial mode (full COA/COC branding, client invoicing, client portal). Grant tracking, internal chargeback between departments, and equipment cost allocation to grant codes are included. Annual billing only.
What is the Manufacturer plan and who is it for?
The Manufacturer plan is for non-lab regulated product builders — food producers, supplement brands, hardware makers, cosmetics companies, and similar — who need compliance infrastructure without operating a lab themselves. It includes the full FounderOS platform: compliance document tracking, SDS chemical library, AI incident response, HazCom program generation, and a live readiness score. It maps to the Single Operation tier on the lab side.
What is the Founder on-ramp and how does the hub path work?
If you're building a regulated product and working with a nonprofit incubator, accelerator, or innovation hub, we donate the full AILS platform to you — free. Come to us through a hub partner and you pay nothing. If you're not with a hub yet, you can start solo for $149/month and flip to the free hub path the day you join one.
