Frequently asked questions
What is your audit trail coverage?
Every significant action in the platform is logged to a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail: record creation, edits, status changes, user logins, permission changes, and data exports. Logs include timestamp, user identity, action type, affected resource, and before/after values where applicable. Audit logs are accessible to admin users and can be exported for external review.
How does the client portal work technically?
The client portal runs on a separate authentication context from the main app. Clients receive a portal login link and authenticate with their own credentials — they never see your internal workspace. The portal gives clients a view of their COCs and COAs, and allows them to submit new COC requests. Portal sessions are fully isolated from staff sessions.
How does multi-tenancy work? Is our data isolated?
Every query is scoped to your tenant ID from the authenticated session, enforced on every request and checked by an isolation test suite on every release. Bring-your-own database and EU hosting give a tenant that needs its data held separately a dedicated database. There is no configuration that can accidentally expose one lab's data to another.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes. Annual plans are discounted versus month-to-month. Multi-year contracts (2–3 years) receive additional discounts and include a price-lock guarantee. Contact us for enterprise pricing if you are evaluating for a network of labs or a larger organization.
