Testing labs

You run the lab. One platform handles sample intake, results, certificates of analysis and your quality system, with a tamper-evident audit trail.

Starting at $299/month.

The AILS closed loop — manufacturers, testing labs, and certification and accreditation bodies around one shared record: test results flow to certification, complaints and deviations feed CAPA and continuous improvement, and supplier audits close the loop back to the manufacturer
Make it, test it, certify it — and every complaint, deviation and audit finding feeds back into improvement. One shared record, one closed loop. In this loop, you're the lab that tests it — your Certificate of Analysis is what manufacturers submit for and certification bodies rely on next.

Frequently asked questions

How long does implementation take?

Most labs are fully operational within 1–2 business days. We handle the initial configuration, and your team can start entering COCs and generating COAs the same day your account is activated. There is no lengthy onboarding project or professional services engagement required.

Can I migrate data from my existing LIMS?

Yes. We support CSV import for clients, samples, and historical COC/COA records. For larger migrations from systems like LabWare, STARLIMS, or custom spreadsheet workflows, we can assist with a structured data import. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

What is your audit trail coverage?

Every significant action in the platform is logged to a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail: record creation, edits, status changes, user logins, permission changes, and data exports. Logs include timestamp, user identity, action type, affected resource, and before/after values where applicable. Audit logs are accessible to admin users and can be exported for external review.

How do we prove 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for an FDA inspection?

AI Lab Services gives you two tools. First, the 21 CFR Readiness Assessment — an AI-powered audit that analyzes your live system data (audit logs, electronic signatures, SOPs, training records, CAPAs, and more) across 10 21 CFR Part 11 categories and returns a scored report with specific findings and recommendations. You can run it anytime and download a printable report. Second, the Vendor Validation Package (VVP) — a pre-built IQ/OQ/PQ documentation bundle that includes a Requirements Traceability Matrix, OQ protocols your quality function executes and signs, PQ templates, and the electronic-signature controls and documentation supporting your own §11.100(c) certification — ready to complete and include in your Computer System Validation binder for FDA submissions or internal audits. AILS supplies the vendor documentation; the validation itself is performed by you. Both are available on the 21 CFR module.
